Location: Remote (with occasional face-to-face meetings near Lincoln)
Hours: Part-time, 25–30 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: Above market rate, dependent on experience
At Tunstall Financial Management, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalised financial planning services to our clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services administration — and who takes real pride in delivering accurate, professional work without the need for close supervision.
You will provide vital administrative support to the Practice Principal, helping to maintain a high standard of service for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Drafting and formatting suitability reports, annual review letters, and client communications to a professional standard.
· Uploading and maintaining client data accurately in our CRM system (Concert Hub).
· Handling administration across investment platforms and liaising with Openwork’s Advice Quality Team where required.
· Supporting with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring all records and documents are compliant and up-to-date.
· Managing your own workload efficiently and independently, delivering high-quality work without the need for close management.
We are looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience in financial services administration.
· Strong Microsoft Word skills – including the ability to format documents consistently and professionally, troubleshoot formatting issues, and create polished templates.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for simple data analysis (preferred but not essential).
· Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to written communications.
· The ability to manage their time effectively, work flexibly, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
· A qualified paraplanner background is advantageous but not essential — technical knowledge and the ability to produce high-quality suitability reports and client documents is more important.
· Ideally based within easy reach of Lincoln, allowing occasional face-to-face meetings or training at short notice.
· Flexible working – fit your hours around your family or personal commitments.
· Remote working – with occasional in-person meetings.
· Above-market salary for the right candidate.
· Supportive and professional environment, where you are trusted to deliver work independently.
· Opportunity to work in a growing and well-respected financial planning business.
If you are a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys producing high-quality work and values flexibility, we would love to hear from you.
To apply, please send your CV and a short covering letter to recruitment@tunstallfm.co.uk explaining why you are a great fit for this role.
